I'm not sure what I am going to write about but I might do the ice storm we had a while back so I write some about that. Its winter, The powers everywhere. Only thing running is our propane heaters and the refrigerator which is being run by a generator that we take camping with us. My family and I are stuck at home doing nothing. Ice covers everything outside,from the trees to our poor dogs fur. We have blankets covering the doorways to keep heat from our propane heaters escaping our little sanctuary. We have the radio on we find out our county is in a state of emergency. This was a plus for my siblings and me cause that meant we didn't have to worry about making up school.
Ok well thats all Im writing for now on it. I feel like I need so much more for it. I guess I have a long weekend ahead of me

Make sure you go into detail on how the ice looks. Use the sense words the teacher gave us. They help out a lot to create a better vision of the story.

ReplyDeleteI like this idea and you should really think about developing it. Many people in the area can relate, but you can have your own significance. Your situation might have been very different from everyone else.
